Summary
We are recruiting 32 permanent Full-Time Nightshift and 6 Full-time Day shift Warehouse personnel for our new operation at the Gateway - 14 industrial estate, Stowmarket.
We are offering the following pay rates:
Basic rate inc shift Premium for Night shift £14.70
Basic rate for Day shift £13.20
There are further premiums for overtime working.
Shift Pattern:
Full time staff will work 4 on 4 off fixed night shift or day shift working 6PM - 6AM or 6AM – 6PM, and an additional shift on one of their rest days if required, the additional shift will be rostered in advance.
Initially you will work as a warehouse order picker but there are opportunities to train and develop your warehouse skills for reliable and hard working employees.
You will be working in a state of the art Distribution centre, that has:
A fully equipped gym
An excellent staff restaurant.
We are looking for the following qualities.
Reliable individuals with a good work ethic.
Ability to work in a team.
Physically fit for the job role, which involves walking, lifting and bending.
Helpful, positive and courteous.
Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
