The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service while supporting stock control, sales activities, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the business
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock accurately
• Process bookings, orders, and service updates efficiently
• Support sales activities and identify upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures

Essential:
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused personality
• Strong drive and willingness to progress within the company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT and technical system skills
• Ability to work in a structured, formal workplace
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a customer service, service adviser, or similar role preferred
Desirable:
• Experience in stock control or inventory systems
• Sales experience or confidence in upselling
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
