Summary

The successful applicant will act as a role model for the practice of pharmacy and consistently demonstrate UEAs values of Collaboration, Empowerment, Respect and Ambition. The post holder would be expected to work on their own initiative within guidelines and directions from the head of pharmacy practice at UEA. In their role at the NNUH as a practitioner, the post holder will provide an advanced level of clinical pharmacy duties to a specific clinical speciality and act as the lead within the designated area. The post holder will maintain, develop and expand clinical pharmacy services to the designated area within the Trust. The post holder would be expected to work on their own initiative within guidelines and directions from the appropriate Pharmacy Team Leader, and to supervise pharmacists, trainee pharmacists, pharmacy students, pharmacy technicians and liaise with technical and assistant staff. The post holder will assist the Pharmacy Department in delivering our Trust vision of The best care for every patient, through our purpose of working together, continuously improving for all.
