We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising technical teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.
Job Purpose
To supervise and coordinate either a team of HVAC engineers (Mechanical role) or a team of plumbers (Plumbing role), ensuring all installation, maintenance, and repair works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and lead a team of engineers or plumbers
-Plan, allocate, and monitor daily work activities
-Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair works
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Conduct site inspections and quality checks
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
-Liaise with management, clients, and contractors
-Maintain accurate service and project documentation
-Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Essential Requirements (Both Roles)
-Proven supervisory experience in mechanical/HVAC or plumbing field
-Valid driving licence (mandatory)
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Clear and confident decision-making ability
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Good communication and organisational skills
