We are seeking to appoint a full time, permanent Room Bookings Administrator who will work as a member of the Timetable team who will be responsible for the booking of all teaching and related rooms across the Campus, liaising with colleagues in the University’s Conference Office, and other service departments in the University as required. This will include bookings for academic activity, internal meetings, extra-curricular student activities and similar.
You should be educated to an AS/A level standard (or equivalent) or possess equivalent relevant experience in a similar role. You will have excellent IT skills, communication skills, organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, whilst working to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.
This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
