The work involves accompanying prospective tenants on property viewings, conducting annual property inspection visits, preparing inventories, communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople and keeping records and preparing reports.
Full training will be provided and a vehicle can be provided for business use so a full clean driving licence is required. Some work can be done from home. The ability to communicate clearly to keep accurate records is essential. This opportunity is suitable for someone with experience of dealing with the public, or sales skills.
