An exciting opportunity with Bradford Trident:
Workforce Trainer (ATR) with Resilience Bradford
14 hours (0.4 FTE) £28,840 p.a pro rata (+6.6% matched pension contribution)
Resilience Bradford is an exciting programme to develop and deliver the Bradford District Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Workforce Training and Learning Project, aiming to establish a district-wide, whole-system, trauma-informed approach to Adversity, Trauma and Resilience through workforce development, training delivery, and organisational culture change support.
This programme is funded by Public Health Bradford until March 2027, with the possibility of an extension. The post will be employed by Bradford Trident and based within the Resilient Bradford team.
ATR Workforce Trainer will:
• Co-ordinate the full ATR Workforce Training Programme cycle
• Plan, prepare and deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 ATR training to multi-sector audiences
• Maintain accurate training data using organisational systems
• Support organisations to implement trauma-informed (ATR) practice
• Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, workforce and community
• Contribute to project evaluation and dissemination of learning across the programme.
Applicants should have:
• Experience of coordinating and delivering engaging training or presentations
• A strong understanding of, or genuine interest in, adversity, trauma, resilience and trauma-informed or restorative practice.
• Strong administration skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing training-related documentation.
• Ability to collect, maintain and analyse data to support monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using IT systems
• Ability to prioritise workload, work independently and manage multiple tasks within a small team environment.
A satisfactory DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
Hybrid working options available. Travel across Bradford District will be required.
