Summary

Costa Unit Manager- Wexham

£38000 per annum

Shift pattern 5 days over 7 mixture of 3 shifts

  • 06:30-14:30
  • 10:00-18:00
  • 14:00-22:00

We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Costa Unit Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibility -

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead managing a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable store and ensure all budget targets and KPI’s are not just achieved but exceeded.

Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you\\'ll maximise your performance as well as the teams. Leading by example and setting high standards, you\\'ll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.

As a Costa Store Manager, you ensure the success of a licensed Costa outlet within Royal Bournemouth Hospital. You will be responsible for a large team, across the 7-day operation to achieve and exceed sales targets.


The Ideal Candidate -

This position is a great ‘next step’ for an established candidate having previous experience within a management capacity either within a coffee or branded restaurant environment. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of Hygiene, Health & Safety and branded audits.

You will be a person who is motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery, have sounds P&L and financial and commercial acumen.
