Contract: Full Time (Monday–Friday, 08:30am–3:30pm)
Duration: Until July 2026 (with potential to continue from September for the right candidate)

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking a dedicated LSA / HLTA to join their KS2 team as soon as possible.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 as a Learning Support Assistant for the majority of the week
Leading the class for one afternoon per week
Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and pupil progress
Providing targeted support where required
Requirements:
HLTA qualification OR
At least 1 year of experience leading a class
Experience working within a primary school setting (preferably KS2)
Strong classroom management skills
A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
