We're looking for caring, committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities within our Rawtenstall service. You'll help with daily tasks, personal care, medication, manual handling and activities - making a real difference every day.

Full UK driving licence will be required as we have mobility vehicles that you must be willing to drive.
Qualities and Skills Required:
- Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
- Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
- Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Experience within support work is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.
Contract options:
- Part time (25 hours per week)
Shifts:
- Variety of shifts between 9am-10pm
- One sleep in required per week and paid at a flat rate of £63.70
- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references
