Duties:

- Diagnose complex vehicle systems and routine service/repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fixes.
- Conduct comprehensive video vehicle health checks, identifying issues and upselling additional services where appropriate.
- Advise technicians, service advisors, and customers on repair needs and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop area adhering to safety standards.
- Liaise with workshop supervision to ensure timely progress of all work.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality workmanship at all times.

Requirements:

- Qualification at Level 3 or above in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Diagnostic certification is highly desirable, ideally obtained with a recognised brand.
- Proven experience in diagnostics and fault-finding across passenger vehicles.
- Confident in performing all aspects of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions prioritising customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
- An MOT licence is advantageous but not essential.
