• A warm and nurturing practitioner with a deep passion for early childhood education or school aged children
• Someone who is Level 3 qualified or equivalent
• Someone who thrives in a child-led environment, supporting learning through play, exploration and discovery
• A reflective and proactive team player, keen to grow and develop both professionally and within our school
• A practitioner with a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and early years pedagogy/or Key Stage One/Two
• A commitment to enabling our provision to flourish, always striving for excellence
