A respected, independent Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Milton Keynes is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The business is known for its down‑to‑earth culture, strong client relationships and consistent delivery across major industrial and real‑estate projects. The Role
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take a senior position within the Milton Keynes office, working closely with a Director and a tight‑knit QS team. Responsibilities include leading cost management delivery, managing pre‑ and post‑contract duties, acting as a key client lead and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers autonomy, influence and the chance to shape project outcomes across a varied portfolio.
Industrial and logistics experience is ideal, but strong candidates from residential, student accommodation or apartment‑led schemes will also be considered, particularly those with proven client‑facing capability.
Requirements
MRICS qualified or working towards it
Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or an existing Associate Quantity Surveyor
Strong pre‑ and post‑contract experience
Industrial or logistics background preferred; residential and apartment‑led experience also welcomed
Confident working independently and within a small, collaborative team
Able to attend the Milton Keynes office, typically three days per week with one to two days from home or on site
Strong client leadership skills
