We’re looking for a kind, reliable person to join our team supporting in a hub service in Plymstock. We currently support 6 individuals in the service- a mix of males and females, with a diverse range of support needs. We are also preparing to welcome a new individual to The Orchard, who will require a new support team.

This role is all about supporting all the individuals in a person-centred way, promoting independence, respecting personal choice, and encouraging involvement in everyday tasks is at the heart of what we do. We don’t “do for”, we “do with”.

Each person who lives in The Orchard is unique and all have different interests and support needs. You would be supporting with accessing the community- exploring the local area, supporting with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, cooking, light household chores, personal care and maintaining a safe & comfortable home.

We are looking for 2-3 females to join our waking night team.

Shift pattern:

This position is for waking nights. We can consider both full time and part time positions.
