Summary

Manufacturing Operator
Location: Paisley
Shifts: Rotational - Early, Back & Night shifts (must be flexible to rotate weekly)
Early: Mon-Fri 6:00AM-2:00PM
Back: Mon-Fri 2:00PM-10:00PM
Night: Sun-Fri 10:00PM-6:00AM
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour + 25% shift allowance

ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturing client for Manufacturing Operators to join their established production team in Paisley.

Important: This role operates on a rotational shift pattern across Early, Back and Night shifts. Candidates must be fully flexible and able to rotate between all three shift patterns.

What You'll Do

• Assemble medical tubing and connectors

• Follow clear written instructions and technical drawings

• Inspect products to ensure high quality standards

• Complete basic production paperwork accurately

• Work as part of a team within a cleanroom environment

• Follow strict safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic maths skills

• Reliable with excellent attendance

• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

Work Environment

• Clean, warm manufacturing setting

• PPE provided (gloves, hair/beard net, safety glasses)

• Standing for most of the shift

• Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
