Salary: £26,278.60 per annum

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Rapid Response Cleaner on behalf of our client based in Guidlford/Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset.

The Rapid Response Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleaning operational delivery across designated sites. You will support front-line colleagues, manage client expectations, and ensure services are delivered to the highest standards in line with client specifications and company policies.

Travel between sites is required, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in remit
  • Deliver periodic cleaning in line with client specifications to 100% completion
  • Respond to Sector Manager requests as required
  • Ensure strict adherence to client security procedures and policies at all times
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and company personnel
  • Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures for all contracts within your area
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of materials and consumables, escalating shortages to management
  • Record every site visit in the communications book and ensure T&A is used on each visit
  • Ensure full contracted shift durations are adhered to
  • Demonstrate a responsible, ownership-driven attitude
  • Apply strong attention to detail in all tasks

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable management role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and support front-line colleagues
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service to remote business groups
  • Flexible, adaptable and proactive approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with internal stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 12 months
  • Willingness to travel between sites
  • Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
