Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trustis seeking to appoint 3 motivated and dynamic Service Support Managersto join our Medicine Division within the subspecialities of Neurology; Cardiology and Stroke.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and operational efficiency across urgent, emergency, outpatient, and elective pathways.
As a Service Support Manager, you will:
• Provide management support to divisional colleagues and administrative teams.
• Assist in achieving local and national performance targets, including patient access standards.
• Support the development and implementation of service policies, projects, and strategies.
• Collate and analyse data to drive service improvements.
• Deputise for senior managers when required and represent the service at Trust-wide forums.

• Lead and support administrative teams, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Managing performance against key targets including RTT, Cancer, Diagnostics and UEC
• Contribute to governance, risk management, and compliance with Trust policies.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clinical and operational colleagues.
• Promote the Trust’s values:Caring and Compassionate, Recognising Individuality, Seeking to Involve, Building Team Spirit, and Taking Personal Responsibility.
