Working Pattern: Hybrid, 4 days in the office 1 working from home
Are you an organised, proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Our client is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support operations across their Student Housing Team. This includes working over all corporate functions including asset management, legal, finance etc.
If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, coordinating information, and working with a wide range of stakeholders - this could be the perfect next step.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping day‑to‑day workflow on track with high‑quality administrative support
- Preparing and formatting reports, trackers, dashboards and presentations
- Coordinating data and information from Property Management partners
- Support Finance with any finance administration including invoicing, AP reports
- Managing procurement tasks: purchase requisitions, goods received notes, contract admin
- Maintaining tidy, well‑structured digital filing systems
- Liaising with consultants, service providers and internal teams
- Supporting the wider UK team with occasional office or reception duties
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in admin or coordination (property, real estate or built environment preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach
- Confidence working with numbers and data
- Proficiency across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
