Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Exams Officer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College.
We are seeking a enthusiastic and experienced Exams Officer to join our busy Exams Department. This is a key role that ensures examinations are conducted in line with awarding body regulations and college policies.
We are looking for someone who can consistently produce high‑quality, accurate work and is committed to delivering an excellent service for our students and the wider college community.
Responsibilities of this role include;
Assist in the day-to-day supervision of invigilators and be involved in the training of invigilators
Liaise with and provide advice, guidance and support to college staff and students as necessary on all aspects of examination organisation and administration
Work with curriculum managers and exam colleagues to co-ordinate the planning, staffing, staging and accommodating of college exams, assessments, set tasks, and T Level employer set projects, including liaising with external agencies as required
What we are looking for;
Possess a Business Administration L3 or have willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (including MS Excel at an intermediate level)
Experience of working within a Management Information team or similar environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels across the organisation
