Coety Primary School is seeking to appoint two Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants to work during the lunchtime period, between 12:00pm and 1:15pm Monday to Friday, term time only.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be required to undertake the safe supervision of the children in all areas of the school and also supervise and actively engage pupils in playground games.
Experience of working with children, and the ability to encourage good behaviour, language development and positive play amongst pupils would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake child protection training and first aid training.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
