We are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK company to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor to join their successful and expanding team within the Aberdeen region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven sales professional to join a high-performing business and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey.
The Role
As Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every stage. Using your negotiation and influencing skills, you will drive sales performance while ensuring accurate and efficient processing via onsite IT systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer enquiries and maximising engagement through effective database management
* Guiding purchasers through specification choices and the buying process
* Processing reservations right through to purchase
* Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across the business
* Conducting local market research and preparing reports for the wider sales team
* Contributing ideas and insights to ensure sales targets are achieved
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with:
* Proven track record in luxury sales
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple IT systems
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A target-driven and highly motivated approach
* Flexibility to work weekends
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
You must be comfortable working to deadlines and performing in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proof of right to work in the UK will be required at interview stage.
