Summary
First contact physio 3 days a week, pharmacist and chronic disease nurses. No nurse practitioner or PA, so some simple GP consults. Excellent patient access and patient ratings, no patient triage. Fortnightly clinical meetings, daily catch up. No care homes, home visits are rare. Internal locum rates paid generously.
