Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Returns and Warranty department of a unique manufacturing company,

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:45 and a 12:30 finish on a Friday.

Your duties will include -

  • being the first point of contact for the customer care and sales team for all warranty claim questions.
  • daily processing and administration of all warranty and returns paperwork and data collection.
  • respond to customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries email enquiries.
  • assisting with other general administrative tasks

You will need:

  • to be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • experience in using databases and CRM systems
