Summary

We are seeking a highly organised person to join our busy exams office to provide a full and professional service for one year to cover maternity leave.

You will be required to liaise with Awarding Organisations and Curriculum delivery teams to assist the Exam Manager in ensuring that the college operates all of its exams and assessments in full accordance with the regulations of both the JCQ and all other relevant Awarding Organisation specifications whilst maintaining best practice and ensuring that all students are registered and certificated within the timeframes given.

You will have a high level of IT skills and the ability to work with a wide range of IT systems to ensure that work is completed as required in appropriate formats whilst working to tight deadlines. You must be a proficient user of MS Office and have an eye for detail and accuracy. It is essential that you have proven expertise in a wide range of complex administrative procedures and have a ‘can do’ approach to problem solving.

An outstanding focus on delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work using your own initiative as well as part of the team are also essential requirements for this post.

Experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
