Excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Estimator to join a well-established company based in Dundee
Salary D.O.E
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Similar Role within construction industry
Licence: Driving (Required)

They work within the Domestic and commercial M&E market. Their Business is very customer focused and the ideal candidate must be adaptable to suit their Business and client’s needs.
This would be an ideal position for an experienced Quantity surveyor / Estimator looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team.
Duties
• Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour COST REPORTS / APPLICATIONS for projects
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of SUBMISSIONS
• Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project
• Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labour, and overhead
• Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference
Preferrable
• Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience
• Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
