Summary
Repairs Supervisor required to join a large Social Housing scheme - Chesterfield
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £25 per hour plus mileage
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Sharing site details with the Quantity Surveyor to help with planning and ordering materials.
- Working in domestic properties, measuring up spaces to make sure the right materials are ordered.
- Overseeing contractors to ensure good quality work, steady progress, and that health and safety rules are followed.
- A great step-up opportunity for a skilled trades person who's ready to move into a supervisory or management role.
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in social housing
- Able to provide 2 work references
- Own transport
- Previous social housing experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- First Aid at Work
