Job Description

This is a highly visible leadership role, ideal for someone from a hospitality, office management, facilities, or corporate front-of-house background. The position suits an individual who thrives on being the first point of contact and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for leading onsite soft services teams and curating a professional, welcoming and high-performing workplace environment. Professional presentation is essential - this is a suited-and-booted role representing the site at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the primary on-site contact for all workplace-related matters

Taking full ownership of customer queries and service delivery across the building

Leading and managing onsite soft services teams, including cleaners, front-of-house and porters

Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and site leadership

Setting clear service standards and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery

Coordinating suppliers and service partners to resolve issues quickly

Overseeing meeting room management, space utilisation and providing basic first-line AV/IT troubleshooting support

Supporting emergency preparedness and health & safety processes

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

A natural host and ambassador

An ideal background would be hospitality management, corporate front-of-house leadership or office management

Experience managing teams (cleaning, FOH, porters or similar operational teams)

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Experience working in a high-profile or professional environment

Emergency Responder / First Aid qualification (training can be provided)

This is an opportunity to lead the workplace experience at a key public sector site, with real visibility and autonomy. You will play a central role in shaping how the building feels and functions day-to-day.

If you enjoy leading teams, being the face of a workplace and delivering outstanding service standards, we would love to hear from you.
