We’re looking for a talented, motivated Chef to take the lead in our newly invested pub kitchen.
Following a major refurbishment and investment, our venue is ready to grow its food offer — and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of something exciting from the ground up.
About the Role:
Lead and develop a quality pub food menu
Manage kitchen operations and food standards
Control stock, margins and ordering
Maintain excellent hygiene and compliance standards
Work closely with the operator to build a strong food reputation
