Summary
Temporary Pickers and Packers – Redditch
A busy retailer in Redditch is seeking reliable Pickers and Packers for a temporary full-time position during a high-demand sale period. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with previous warehouse experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Duration & Hours
• Induction: 17th March (including a pre-induction in the office)
• Start Date: 23rd March
• Temporary Shifts (first 2 weeks):
• 6:00am – 2:00pm (AM shift)
• 2:30pm – 10:30pm (PM shift)
• After 2 weeks: Shift returns to 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Rotation: Picking or packing duties during assigned shift
Pay & Incentives
• AM shift: £12.21 per hour
• PM shift: £12.71 per hour
• Bonus: £2.50 per hour for hitting targets
• Pay will increase in line with the National Living Wage
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately picking and packing orders using hand scanners
• Handling stock efficiently and safely
• Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
• Supporting the team during a busy sale period
Requirements
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• A good level of English
