A leading engineering business is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support regional sales teams and improve commercial performance.

The role focuses on sales coordination, pipeline management, CRM reporting, customer support, and cross‑team collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a sales support or coordination role within a technical or engineering environment, with strong organisational and communication skills.

In practice, that means:

  • Keeping track of sales opportunities and professionally following things up
  • Organising information, paperwork, and systems (like the CRM)
  • Helping with quotes, tenders, and customer requests
  • Making sure customers get updates and nothing is missed
  • Connecting sales with other teams (like service or marketing)
  • Looking at numbers and reports to see what's working and what isn't
