Rayne Ward provides in-patient surgical, urological and gynaecological care. A separate outpatient unit for early pregnancy and emergency gynaecology care is based on the unit, with whom we work closely with.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Welcoming and directing patients, visitors and staff visiting the ward
• Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries
• Clerical duties relating to documentation for patients including their admission paperwork, clinical notes, filing etc
• Other duties of a clerical nature which may be delegated from time to time
• Requesting and returning notes
• Using the electronic patient record system (Currently Lorenzo)
• Maintain patients confidentiality and Information Governance
• Be a productive member of the multi-disciplinary team
This post is Monday-Friday, but we welcome requests for flexible working.Mondays and Fridays will be essential working days.
