We are recruiting 2 Bank Support Workers with guaranteed 24 or 26 hours per week. While hours are guaranteed, shifts will be allocated based on service needs and will not follow a fixed rota pattern.

These roles are ideal for someone who values consistency in contracted hours while remaining flexible with working days and times.

We’re looking for caring and committed people who want to build meaningful relationships with residents and support their overall wellbeing through both physical and emotional care. The role includes assisting with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging residents to maintain or regain their independence wherever possible.
Hourly Rate: - £13.47 - £17.96

A market supplement equalling time and a third is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting the hourly rate in these periods to £17.96. This applies to both contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods

From 20th April 2026 this will be replaced by a new market supplement of £0.53p per hour which will be payable once you have been in post for 6 months. It will be applied to both your basic salary and to any additional hours, uplifting the hourly rate to £14.00 per hour. There will be the option to take this as a lump sum annually
