Kensington Windows & Doors Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality uPVC windows and doors. Due to retirement, we are looking for an experienced Estimator / Order Processor with Business Micros Evolution experience to join our team.

The Role
You will play a key role in preparing accurate quotations, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow between customers and production.
This is a fast-paced position suited to someone organised, detail-focused, and confident dealing with trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
Producing accurate quotations using Business Micros Evolution
Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
Liaising with the production team to ensure smooth workflow
Answering phone enquiries and serving customers at the trade counter
Taking customer payments
Advising customers on product specifications and options
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations (Parts F, N & Q) and PAS24/Secure By Design where required
Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the order process
Essential Requirements
Proven experience using Business Micros Evolution (essential)
Previous experience in the uPVC windows and doors industry
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
