Summary
Manage end-to-end construction and refurbishment projects from planning through completion and handover.
Prepare and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow planning to ensure financial efficiency.
Develop detailed project schedules and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
Appoint, coordinate, and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Ensure full compliance with planning permissions, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Monitor construction quality, manage snagging processes, and oversee defect resolution.
Provide structured progress reports and financial updates to directors and stakeholders.
Support property acquisition and development feasibility analysis to maximise asset value and return on investment.
