Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our Children's homes in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing a safe , supportive, and nurturing environment.
You will work as part of a professional team to support children and young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, and personal development.

Key responsibilities
Provide high quality care and support to children and young people.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well being.
Support young people with daily living skills, education, and activities.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals.
Participate in sleep-in shifts as part of the rota.

Requirements.
Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
Previous experience in residential childcare or a similar role is desirable.
A caring, patient, and resilient nature.
Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
