The GI Physiology team is a close-knit team made up of Consultants, Clinical Scientists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Psychologists, Health care assistants and administrative staff. We offer ongoing training and development, clinical supervision and professional support. The role offers opportunities for skill development, increased responsibility and involvement in research, audit and innovation within a highly specialised service. The role requires regular direct patient contact, including explaining procedures, obtaining informed consent, responding to patient concerns and adapting communication to individual needs to ensure a positive and supportive patient experience.
