Summary
looking for a motivated and compassionate leader who: Masters level qualification in Systemic Family Psychotherapy recognised by AFT. Has substantial post-qualification experience working within CAMHS Demonstrates strong leadership, supervision, and service development experience Has experience managing complex clinical safety Is confident working across multidisciplinary teams Is committed to inclusive, culturally responsive practice Is experienced in service transformation, pathway redesign, or leading quality improvement projects
