Lead Security at a Flagship Dublin Site

We are seeking an experienced and driven Security Manager to lead the delivery of security services at a high-profile flagship site in the heart of Dublin.

This role carries full responsibility for the day-to-day security operation across a complex corporate and manufacturing environment. You will ensure the site remains safe, secure, compliant, and audit-ready at all times — while delivering a first-class customer experience that reflects both client and Sodexo standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build a high-performing, security-conscious culture.

The Role

As Security Manager, you will be accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of all security operations on site.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and manage on-site security teams, including Supervisors and Officers
  • Ensure delivery of all KPIs and SLAs in line with contractual requirements
  • Maintain a penetration-test-ready environment at all times
  • Oversee access control, CCTV, patrols, car park management and key control processes
  • Ensure all security equipment is maintained and operating effectively

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with Sodexo and client security standards
  • Conduct regular security risk and vulnerability assessments
  • Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and close-out actions
  • Maintain accurate reporting via client platforms and internal systems
  • Ensure C-TPAT compliance, vetting standards and PSA licensing are maintained
  • Review, test and update Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plans
  • Conduct drills and ensure site emergency preparedness

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all security matters
  • Attend client meetings and provide monthly KPI and SLA performance reports
  • Provide expert advice and innovative solutions to enhance site security
  • Work closely with Operational Leads and the Regional Security Manager on projects

People Leadership & Development

  • Motivate, coach and develop a high-performing security team
  • Implement structured training plans and maintain training matrices
  • Drive a culture of professionalism, presentation and customer service excellence
  • Support HR processes, performance management and succession planning
  • Ensure payroll and time management systems are effectively managed

Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and implement SOPs to strengthen site security standards
  • Introduce security innovation and process enhancements
  • Ensure all platforms for reporting, inspections and audits are consistently used
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and SharePoint records

About You

Essential:

  • Proven security management experience within a corporate and/or manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing multi-site or large security teams
  • Strong knowledge of emergency response planning and incident management
  • PSA Licence
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and confidentiality standards
  • Ability to prioritise and perform effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives

Desirable:

  • Financial and budget management experience
  • Understanding of integrated facilities management
