Summary
You're in luck as we're on the lookout for a new flexible, caring and enthusiastic colleague to join our amazing #TeamSpringhill in Dundee on a part-time (23 hours per week) permanent basis.
Our team and the individuals you'll support
You'll become part of a friendly, warm and fun team who support one gentleman and two ladies with learning disabilities to live in their own shared home.
You'll build a genuine relationship with each individual and be part of moments that really matter; whether it's providing support to cook a meal, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.
In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, you'll also support them with their hobbies and interests too, including boccia, day trips, gardening, mosaic making, swimming, pool, darts and trips to the local pub to name a few.

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!
Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns include early mornings, days and evenings. Sleepovers, weekends and public holidays would also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
Our sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours, you will receive an additional £100.80 payment for each sleepover that you work!
