Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
Hybrid working: 2+ days/week at Chester HQ
Team: Guest Experience Product team, reporting to Head of Product, Guest Experience

About the Product Manager – Search & Discovery Role:

Your mission: help millions of guests find their perfect holiday faster, smarter, and with more delight. You’ll own the search and discovery experience across web and app, making it intuitive, relevant, and personalised.

What You’ll Do:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery
Partner with Data Products (ML) team to optimise relevance, ranking, and recommendations
Lead discovery and prioritisation, balancing guest needs, commercial goals, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with UX to improve filtering, performance, and overall findability
Use analytics, experimentation, and guest insight to measure and drive impact
Champion simple, intuitive experiences that help guests quickly find their perfect stay.
Who You Are:
Experienced Product Manager with strong discovery, prioritisation, and delivery skills
Analytical, data-driven, and confident translating insights into product direction
Comfortable working with ML, search, and recommendation systems
Deep understanding of what makes great search and discovery: UX, performance, and content quality
Collaborative, curious, and adaptable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
In-depth understanding of B2C customer behaviour and trends.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in search, ranking, recommendation, or personalisation systems
Background in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce
Familiarity with ML concepts such as relevance scoring, feedback loops, and recommendations
