Urgently Required – Female Healthcare Assistants / SEN Learning Support Assistants (Westerham)

We are urgently recruiting 10+ female HCAs or SEN Learning Support Assistants for agency work in Westerham.

We are seeking compassionate and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred support. You will work closely with individuals with special educational needs, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, dignity, and development at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care.
Carry out regular night checks and monitor residents’ wellbeing.
Maintain accurate care records, reports, and night handovers.
Support residents with mobility using safe moving and handling techniques.
Assist with medication as per training and care home policy.
Respond effectively to emergencies, falls, or health concerns during the night.
Promote dignity, privacy, independence, and respect at all times.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.
Work independently and as part of a night team

Pay Rates
Mon to Friday - £13/hr

Flexible shifts available. Immediate starts preferred.

NOTE: Candidate must be in the UK only if applying for the above position; they should either be on (PSW/Student Visa/ILR/British Citizen/Dependent).
