Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Live In Carer to support a 37‑year‑old woman, who has Cerebral Palsy and associated physical health needs. She lives in a fully adapted ground‑floor flat.
She requires support with all aspects of daily living, mobility, personal care, communication, and maintaining a safe and comfortable routine.
Responsibility's includes personal care and support with daily living.
Assist with mobility and positioning throughout the day.
Support communication needs with patience and consistency.
Maintain a safe home environment.
Work collaboratively with family members and any external professionals
Promote independence, wellbeing, and comfort
Experience with supporting adults with Cerebral Palsy, neurological conditions, or significant physical disabilities.
Patient, empathetic, and confident in providing hands‑on care
Comfortable with high‑levels of physical support
Good communication skills and commitment to person‑centred care
Reliable and able to maintain professional boundaries whilst in the home
