Summary
The role requires: Permanent full-time contracts Permanent part-time contracts(Minimum of 15 hours per week) Please note, weoperate365 days per year, 24 hours per day and there will be a requirement to work a variety of shiftsincluding evenings, nights,weekendand bank holidays. Unsocial hours are payable in addition to the salary quoted, dependent upon working pattern. Training Commitment: 8.5 weeks full time NHS Pathways 999 2 weeks NHSP Training, 1 week CAD training (all Monday-Friday). 2 weeks EMA mentoring (shift work), 1 weekNHSP clinician training (Monday-Friday) 2 weeks mentoring (shift work) The training and mentoringisfull time (37.5 hours per week) whether you are applying for a full time or part time position.You willbe requiredto attendthe full 8 weeks of training, no annual leave or days offwill be agreed during this time. Failure to attend will result in your employment with the trust beingterminated. Please note you willbe requiredto be flexible during yourmentoringperiodas we are unable to plan shifts ahead of time. Due to licencerequirements,youmustpass all assessments during your trainingtopass the course. You will be offered a resitifrequired,if unsuccessful at the resit your employment will beterminatedimmediatelywith the Trust. In addition to this, you will need to be signed off as clinically safe following mentor and diamond weeks, again failure to meet the required standard will result in your employment beingterminatedwith the Trust.
