We are looking for a pragmatic and motivated SENCO with a commitment to inclusive education to join our supportive and
collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents, as SENCO you will be an ambassador for the school
demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality
education.

If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for community education, this could be the role for
you. As SENCO you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving
more together.

The ideal SENCO will be someone who:

* Has experience and understanding of EHCPs

* Has an understanding of SEN code of practice & primary curriculum

* Is able to carry out 1:1 assessments and liaising with SLT and parent's/ guardians

* Can monitor teaching quality and pupil achievement

* Is able to undertake day to day coordination of SEN pupil's provisions through close liaison with staff, parents and external
agencies

* Is a great communicator, developing positive relationships with young children and adults

* Is committed to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities

* Is passionate and dedicated in helping children reach their academic potential
