About the Direct Payment Holder A 18-year-old non-verbal autistic boy is seeking a PA to keep him company in his home and to support him when accessing the community to keep him safe.
Hours and rate of pay hours £17.15 per hour
4 hours per week - term time
12 hours – school holidays
Days and times to be arranged
Location Welwyn (AL6)
DBS/Checks Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed.
What you would be doing… Seeking a carer to play games and keep company with the teenager. To support with trips out and to take part in activities such as going to the shops, visiting the park and going swimming and horse riding.
Required skills and experience Someone who is enthusiastic and kind natured

Someone not phased by difficult behaviour and who has experience/techniques to manage difficult behaviour.

Someone who likes cooking and enjoys eating

Car driver an advantage
