What You’ll Be Doing:
• Teaching within KS2 while leading the full KS2 phase
• Driving standards in teaching, learning, and assessment
• Coaching and mentoring KS2 colleagues to secure Outstanding practice
• Leading phase meetings, moderation, and data analysis
• Ensuring strong SATs outcomes and Year 6 transition readiness
• Working closely with SLT to shape whole-school improvement

Ideal KS2 Teacher & Phase Lead for this Newham School:
• UK-trained teacher with QTS
• Proven record of Outstanding classroom practice
• Successful experience within KS2, ideally Upper KS2
• Demonstrated impact on pupil progress and attainment
