We are looking for committed and compassionate professionals to join our team, who share our enthusiasm for changing lives.About the JobAs a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll work as part of our innovative and dynamic People Team and your role is fundamental in the team’s success in delivering professional, timely and effective HR support across the organisation.The People & Culture Advisor will provide guidance on a wide range of people matters, with a focus on employee relations, policy advice and supporting managers to handle people issues confidently and fairly.Working as part of the People & Culture Team and will be responsible for managing high volume, complex and varied caseload, providing expert HR advice and guidance in line with internal policies and procedures, legislation and best practice.This is an agile working role (Central Office / project based and home), and requires the ability to work proactively, independently and at pace, as part of an in-person and virtual team.
