As a Part-time Tutor, you will have the chance to make a profound impact on the lives of young learners, guiding them towards academic success and personal growth. Utilising your expertise and compassionate approach, you will work closely with our clients, a group of dedicated education professionals, to design and deliver tailored learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of each student. Focusing on supporting English and Maths Functional Skills.

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one or small group tuition, both in-person and remotely, to primary or secondary school students with ASD or SEMH challenges. Your role will involve carefully assessing each student's needs, developing individualised learning plans, and implementing engaging, evidence-based teaching strategies to help them overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Flexibility is key in this position, as you will be expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with the potential to earn a competitive hourly rate from £23 - £30 per hour depending on pay type and qualification. This arrangement allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your students.

As an Outreach Tutor, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, mental health professionals, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to supporting your students. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with both students and their families will be instrumental in this role.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess experience working with SEN or SEMH school students. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by this student population and a proven track record of delivering impactful interventions are also essential.

We have an immediate need 15 hours per week (9am-12pm) with a KS2 student with ASD who loves maths and more students can be added.
