Trainee Panel Wirer
Burton on Trent
Are you looking to break into the electrical field? Do you have a basic understanding of electric components and manufacturing? Due to recent growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Panel Wireman, based In Burton on Trent. You will be required to do a high level of crimping, wiring and mechanical assembly with the ability to understand electrical schematic drawings and to work with minimal supervision.

The Role:
• Electrical wiring
• Producing PCB layouts and testing prototypes.
• Assembly and re-work of components
• Wiring test boxes
• Assembly and test of electronic PCB’S
• Crimping, stripping, looming
• Wiring and test of PLC control boards
Skills and Knowledge:
• Basic understand of the electrical field with willing to learn more
• Understanding of basic hand held tools
• Any previous electrical experience at any level a huge bonus!
Rates of Pay:
£14 per hour
Rasing to £32,671.08 once fully trained!
Lots of overtime available at time and a half time!
Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 7:30 – 16:00 with an hour early finish on a Friday!
