Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Prepare pupils for GCSE examinations with targeted teaching and support
Foster creativity and critical thinking in the classroom
Contribute to department planning and whole-school activities
Requirements:
QTS required
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English literature and language
Ability to inspire pupils of varying abilities
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
